They call themselves Balkan beat box, because their influences also come from south-eastern Europe.

Yet they are from Israel and the founders of the group (Muskat & Kaplan) are living in New York.

Their music is great !!!

Ali Campbell to perform in Israel

Legendary UB40 leader Ali Campbell will perform in Israel this month.
He will join Sly & Robbie , one of the world's greatest reggae musicians and producers who have recorded albums and performed with thousands of artists for years.
Last year, Campbell with the rare special voice, retired from UB40 , which he founded in 1973 at the age of 19.

Sir Paul McCartney - Tommorow in Israel !!!

Sir Paul McCartney landed at last in Israel ahead of his sole performance in Israel, at Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park Thursday.

He is staying at the Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv.

My friends having their wedding tonight , also got a room in that hotel.

I hope they wont suffer from his bodyguards...

I red some place that the Dan's price list, comes to NIS 380,000 !!!

Sir Paul McCartney to perform in Israel !!!

43 years after the Israeli government prevented The Beatles from holding a concert in the Israel , the most famous (living) Beatle of them all, Sir Paul McCartney, will perform in Israel this summer.

The show became valid after Israel’s current ambassador to England sent letters to McCartney, Ringo Starr and relatives of deceased Beatles George Harrison and John Lennon earlier this year, expressing regret for the incident.

Tickets will cost between 500 - 1400 Israeli Shekels. (70-200 BP)

Morrissey in Tel Aviv - Great show !!

former The Smiths frontman , pop legend Morrissey showd live yesterday in Ganey Hataarucha , Tel aviv.

He played some old staff of The Smiths , but most of the show was from his new material - and it was a little disappointing...

I love this artist , he reminds me the 80's...

Steppin' Out in Israel - Great Show !!

The Grammy award-winning jazz musician and composer performed yesterday in Tel Aviv Israel.

Jackson is famed for leading the new wave and punk scene in the late 70's and early 80's.

Steppin' Out is a classic. Wonderful tune, great lyrics,
And a quality about it that brings a lump to my throat every time I hear it.

The Tel-Aviv Jazz festival is celebrating 19!!

This year as in every year, world known Jazz giants along with local musicians-veterans and younger ones, will gather and play in Israel.

The Festival will be opened by saxophonist David "Fathead" Newman, one of the jazz giants and Ray Charles's right hand as performer and band arranger during the decade of Charles' peak creativity.

In addition, the festival will feature the prominent saxophonist Odean Pope's saxophone choir, accompanied by Israeli musician.

the Trio of bass player and composer Mario Pavone, one of the leading performers on the downtown New York Jazz scene and the Ethnic Heritage Ensemble of Kahil El'Zabar, who combines jazz music with the heritage of "Mother Africa" and the music of the Afro-American community in the U.S.

Akon Will Show In Tel Aviv

As part of his world tour , on July 29 , the Senegalese-American artist Akon will show in Tel Aviv's Hangar 11 .

Akon has lots of Fans in Israel uncluding my 16 years old son.

Too bad we won't be able to watch the show , we are flying to our annual vacation in Eilat.
