Sound Of Silence - the music still live on...

It is really sad to think about the fact that soon, the older generation of music will die away physically but the music will still live on.

I truly believe that the talent of the past will never be repeated again and that the roots of simplicity will be overshadowed by pointless rap and electric guitars as well as voice enhancers.

How urgent our love can be...???

My wife loves foreigner , especially the "4" Album...

It's difficult to reproduce any particular song live, and make it sound as good as the studio version.

Watc Urgent in Live show 1993...

You play tricks on my mind
Youre everywhere but youre so hard to find
Youre not warm or sentimental
Youre so extreme, you can be so temperamental

But Im not looking for a love that will last
I know what I need and I need it fast
Yeah, theres one thing in common that we both share
Thats a need for for each other anytime, anywhere

Casi Angeles to Israel this October

Dedicated to my daughter Hila who is a big fan of Casi Angeles...

Kurt Cobain fight

In the middle of a live show , Kurt does a stage dive.

the crowd holds kurt up for a couple of seconds..

Then they push him back to the stage, and they shove kurt hard into the bouncer and the bouncer and Kurt fall onto the stage, I think the guitar might of accidently clipped the bouncer during that.

So the bouncer is got angry about that he just got clipped and starts pushing Kurt in the face while in the crowd, of course Kurt returns with a guitar hit.

Later , Kurt said that he thought the bouncer was another crazy fan who was trying to attack Kurt or something .

You may notice while the bouncer was "making sure Kurt came to no real harm", he pulled kurts hair rather violently, and then kurt hit him over the head of the guitar.

My Sweet Lord

Actually George Harrison was a man of great interest in Buddhism and Hare Krishna.

He brought the Sitar to rock and roll.

Tabla's and other Indian instruments.

And, if you hear the first words he said they are Hare Krishna.

I respect George Harrison no matter what.

Everly Brothers - Nice Fmily

Watch the Everlies sing their hits 'Wake up little Susie' and 'Should we tell him' in 1958.

This was written by the husband and wife team of Felice and Boudleaux Bryant, who wrote most of The Everly Brothers songs in the '50s. Their songs were also recorded by Bob Dylan, Elvis, and Buddy Holly.

This is about a young couple who fall asleep at the drive-in, realize they are out past curfew, and make up a story to tell Susie's parents.

Some Boston radio stations banned this because of the lyrics. At the time, staying out late with a girl was a little controversial.

For The Everly Brothers, this was the first of 4 US #1 hits. It also went to #1 on the Country & Western charts.

At an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show while campaigning for President in year 2000, George W. Bush was asked by Oprah what his favorite song was. He said: "Wake Up Little Susie - by Buddy Holly."

Simon and Garfunkel played this at their 1981 concert in Central Park. The live recording was released as a single the next year and hit #27 in the US.

Chet Atkins played guitar on this. Atkins, who died of cancer in 2001, was a Nashville musician who created a distinctive sound using a 3-fingered picking technique.

Iran Revolution - Rare Pictures

A fraudulent election took place in an already fraudulent government.
The supreme leader and his buddies, including Ahmadinejad ignorantly and very indiscreetly manipulated the votes on a drastic scale, betrayed the Iranian nation, and angered the people.
They are fighting to the last droplet of blood for victory .

Cliff Richard - 60's Idol

Cliff Richard is my mothers best singer from the times she was a teenager...

This is a class song, way ahead of its time, and Cliff's finest moment..
The use of brass is astonishing and the production superb...
Great tribute to 60's pop...

Another great song that has stayed with me right through my life from childhood!
Young Ones, they don't make shows like that anymore...
