Windin' your way down on Baker Street

I remember this tune being on the radio in 1978.

I was a 9 years old kid in my provincial home town , listening to an old radio transistor with my cousin.

heard this song on a meeting with friend in a coffee shop - when my friend Gideon asked me the name of the artist ....

Well , I didn't exactly know it , then he discovered me -- it was Gary Rafferty...

Love the chorus lines :

You used to think that it was so easy
You used to say that it was so easy
But you're tryin'
You're tryin' now
Another year and then you'll be happy
Just one more year and then you'll be happy
But you're cryin'
You're cryin' now

Cream - Star Factory

It's rather amusing to think that Cream formed over 40 years ago.

They were so revolutionary, just about everything they did left a huge influence on rock bands to come.

Ginger Baker is an insane drummer, and was one of, if not the very first, to use a double bass drum.

Jack Bruce invented and perfected that fade-in bass technique and Eric Clapton...well, when you hear the man rip it out , you know these guys were something special.

Cream were a very good hard rock band that influenced many other hard rock bands.

You can listen to Cream over and over again and never get bored.
