Jorge Ben Jor is internationally renowned! He's put out 30 albums and written more than 700 songs. You really think he needs help from Rod Stewart? He wasn't mad that Stewart used his song... but he didn't give credit where credit was due, and that's where the problem was. Ben Jor didn't even want the profit, he just wanted credit for his own work... as I recall, the dispute was settled with Rod Stewart agreeing to donate his profits from the song to UNICEF. Do your research.
