The Canadian rocker Bryan Adams was supposed to perform in 2 concerts for peace in the West Bank and Israel this week.
The One Voice peace movement said the concerts were aimed at bolstering its campaign to collect one million signatures of ordinary Israelis and Palestinians demanding that their leaders sit down and finalize an agreement on a Palestinian state living at peace with Israel.
Adams, 47, had a series of multi-platinum albums during the 80’s and mid-90’s and was nominated for an Academy Award for "Everything I Do," the theme for the 1991film "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves".
Some celebrities were supposed to send a message to the concerts via video conference.
One Voice's Hollywood supporters include Brad Pitt, Jennifer Anisto, Danny Devito and Jason Alexander.
The shoe at Oct. 18 was canceled, because some Palestinians threat to sabotage the artist and the show itself on behalf of the Palestinian suffer…
Too bad !!!
